Email Method:
First thing you must do is change the password to your own; this will be important later. Change the password and delete the email about it
Information Needed: (All of the original owner)
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address on file with Venmo
- Last four digits of bank or card account number connected to your Venmo account (e.g. "1234") - Just look for any transfers
- The full routing number for a bank, or, if providing a card, the first 6 digits of the card number - Take the state of the ID and look up the name of the bank from the transfer statement
For "Subject" put "New Phone Number" or "Lost my phone at *****"

Which best describes your issue? "Signing In"
Signing In "I have a new phone number"
Tell us what’s up - In this section include a short story about how you either lost your phone, had to get a new number for work, your phone was stolen, or something along those line. Also add a line about you including the ID to help verify yourself.
In the attachements you MUST include the ID
They will send you a code; it is 6 digits
Login using the password you set earlier; when asked to send a code to the phone hit next and enter the 6 digit code
Then go to settings and swap the phone number
Then swap the email address
Then cashout as you please
If the account is locked for security which is unlikely just upload the ID
